How ScoutHalo handles your information — in plain language, without the surprises.

What we collect
When you create an account, we store the details needed to sign you in, such as your email address. When you scout, we store the searches you run and the locations and collections you save, so your work is there when you return.
We also collect basic, aggregated usage analytics — the kind that tell us which pages are used, not who you are.
How we use it
We use your information to run the product: to return scouting results, keep your saved locations and collections, and improve how ScoutHalo works over time.
We do not sell your personal information.
Service providers
We rely on trusted providers to operate ScoutHalo — for hosting, authentication, analytics, and the AI and search services that process your scouting queries. They handle data only to provide their part of the product.
Your choices
You can ask us to access or delete the information associated with your account. Email us and we will help.
